Project description:
Through this project we will 1) launch the SLLC Center with overhead costs and Student Community Coordinator role for the first 2 years 2) work with campus stakeholders to ensure that the program plan aligns with neighborhood/district planning, 3) support a student-led design/build process for new native landscaping and site elements, and 4) host an opening/celebration for the new site elements at the end of the project. The overarching goal is to create a space that allows for the growing, or cultivation of community to inspire and coordinate student-led sustainability work on campus.
