Granted Project Resources

If you have been awarded a TGIF grant this page has everything you need to keep your project organized and on track.

Once you have signed and returned your Award Letter, please be sure to connect with your TGIF committee liaison. Your liaison will serve as your point of contact for the duration of the current academic year. They are available to help with any questions or assistance you need from TGIF. If you are unsure who this person is, please contact tgif@ucdavis.edu

As you begin work on your project it is recommended that you communicate with your liaison about your project timeline. Specifically, TGIF requests two reports from each project: the midpoint report and the final report. The midpoint report is intended to serve a project check-in. These are a good opportunity to share any milestones reached, challenges, and next steps with the TGIF committee. Once the midpoint report has been reviewed and approved by the TGIF committee, the second half of project funds will be dispersed to your project’s account.

The final report is a great way for TGIF to learn about your project’s accomplishments, impact, and any improvements that TGIF should consider that your team has identified. These reports should include detailed information about the project that TGIF can use to promote your work through our website and social media accounts. Please be sure to include photos of your project that TGIF has permission to share through these channels.

If you have questions, contact your liaison or email the Grant Program Manager at tgif@ucdavis.edu.
