Aggie House
This project provides funding for grocery expenditures for Aggie House, a transitional student housing shelter. Aggie House provides up to 10 students experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity with a place to stay and food for up to 10 weeks, or one academic quarter. Aggie House's main goals are to: (1) provide shelter, food, financial education, case management services, and community for residents of Aggie House, (2) equip the Aggie House staff with the necessary resources and connections to positively impact the lives of Aggie House residents, and (3) promote advocacy and garner support for students experiencing housing insecurity.
